1. About Rrutba

Rrutba (“Rrutba”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a fragrance brand marketed by Sai Kriupa (“Sai Kriupa”). These Terms & Conditions govern use of rrutba.com (“Website”) and purchases made directly through the Website.

Rrutba products may also be available through Amazon, Flipkart and other authorised e-commerce or sales channels. A purchase made through a third-party marketplace is additionally subject to that marketplace’s applicable terms, return/refund policy, payment terms, shipping rules and buyer-protection policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, that you are legally competent to enter into a purchase transaction, and that you have reviewed the relevant product information before purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, packaging information and pricing accurate. However, product colours or packaging may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen used.

Fragrance perception, longevity, projection and performance may vary from person to person due to individual skin chemistry, body temperature, climate, application method and environment. Fragrance descriptions are intended to describe the character/profile of a fragrance and are not a guarantee of identical performance for every customer.

Customers should always check the product label and packaging before use.

4. Fragrance Safety & Personal Sensitivity

Rrutba fragrances are intended only for their stated cosmetic/fragrance use. Fragrance products may contain ingredients that can cause sensitivity or an allergic reaction in certain individuals.

Before use, customers should review the ingredient/product information on the packaging. Customers with sensitive skin or a history of fragrance sensitivity are advised to perform a patch test before regular use.

Stop use immediately if irritation, redness, itching, burning, swelling or another unusual reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice if a serious or persistent reaction occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin. Do not ingest the product. Keep the product away from children and pets and use only as directed on the packaging.

5. Allergy & Individual Reaction Disclaimer

Fragrance Sensitivity & Medical Disclaimer

Individual reactions to fragrance products may differ from person to person.

Customers with sensitive skin, known or suspected allergies, skin conditions, fragrance sensitivity, or any other health-related concern are advised to consult their doctor or qualified healthcare professional before using the product and use the product only as advised by their doctor or healthcare professional.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product label and ingredient information and determining whether the product is suitable for their personal use. Responsibility for the individual's skin condition, sensitivity and personal use of the product rests with the customer, subject to applicable law.

Rrutba and Sai Kriupa shall not be responsible for an individual's known or unknown sensitivity, allergy, intolerance or adverse reaction arising from the use of a fragrance, except to the extent that such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If any irritation, redness, itching, burning, swelling or other unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

6. External Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product packaging, Rrutba fragrance products are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid spraying directly into the eyes or onto broken, irritated or damaged skin.

If accidental contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

7. Storage & Handling

Store the fragrance in a cool and dry place and keep it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the bottle properly closed when not in use. Keep away from flames, sparks and other sources of ignition where applicable.

Improper storage, prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight, or improper handling may affect fragrance performance and product condition.

8. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is subject to product availability and successful payment/verification.

Rrutba reserves the right to accept or decline an order, cancel an order due to stock unavailability, correct pricing/technical/inventory errors, or cancel an order where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.

If an order is cancelled by us after successful payment, any applicable refund will be processed through the available payment method, subject to applicable payment-gateway and banking timelines.

9. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Product prices displayed on the Website may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts or other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

The final payable amount is the amount displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility conditions, validity periods and exclusions.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to serviceable locations through available logistics/courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions, incorrect/incomplete addresses or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details. Once an order is handed over to the logistics partner, delivery is also subject to the courier’s operational policies.

11. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the outer package at delivery wherever reasonably possible. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with or leaking, the customer should document the condition and contact customer support as soon as possible.

For damage, leakage, missing-item or incorrect-product claims, photographs/videos and other reasonable evidence may be requested for verification.

12. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because fragrance products are personal-care products, opened or used fragrance products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, leaked, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.

Subject to verification, a return/replacement/refund request may be considered for: wrong product delivered; damaged product received; leakage during transportation; missing product/item; or a manufacturing defect/other verified product issue.

Returned products should generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with original labels/seals where applicable, and accompanied by order details/invoice.

Change of mind, personal fragrance preference, dislike of the fragrance, or a fragrance smelling different on an individual’s skin may not qualify for return or refund, subject always to applicable law and the specific policy communicated for the order.

13. Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, leaked, missing or incorrect-product claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel/package before opening it.

The video should clearly show the shipping label, outer package condition, seals, opening of the parcel, product received and any visible damage/leakage or missing item.

An unboxing video may be requested as supporting evidence during claim verification. Its absence does not automatically remove any legal rights available to the consumer, but it may affect our ability to verify a particular claim.

14. Purchases Through Amazon, Flipkart & Other E-Commerce Platforms

Rrutba products may be sold through Amazon, Flipkart and other authorised e-commerce platforms. If you purchase through such a platform, the transaction is additionally governed by the applicable terms and policies of that platform.

Payment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, refund, buyer protection and dispute-resolution processes may be governed by the respective marketplace and its applicable policies.

In case of a conflict between a marketplace’s mandatory consumer-facing policy and these Website Terms, applicable law and mandatory marketplace requirements shall prevail for that marketplace transaction.

The Website may contain links or buttons to third-party websites and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and other authorised sales channels.

Rrutba does not control the independent terms, privacy policies, payment systems, shipping operations or customer-service policies of third-party websites. Customers should review the third-party platform’s terms before completing a purchase.

16. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Rrutba name and branding, logos, product images, descriptions, graphics, videos, text, designs, website layout and marketing material are owned by or licensed to Rrutba/Sai Kriupa, as applicable, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No such content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

17. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorised access; copy Rrutba intellectual property without permission; upload malicious software; misuse promotional offers; submit false or fraudulent information; attempt fraudulent payment/refund/chargeback activity; or interfere with Website security or operation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rrutba and Sai Kriupa shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Website or fragrance products.

This includes circumstances such as individual fragrance preference, variation in fragrance performance due to personal skin chemistry, improper storage, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or use contrary to the product label.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory statutory consumer rights.

19. Product Claims & Marketing Statements

Statements regarding fragrance character, notes, longevity, projection, experience or other product characteristics communicate the intended fragrance profile/customer experience. Actual performance may vary according to individual circumstances including skin chemistry, application method, climate, temperature and humidity.

No product description should be interpreted as medical advice or as a guarantee of a particular result for every user.

20. Force Majeure

Rrutba shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, supply-chain disruptions, epidemics/pandemics, war, civil disturbance or other unforeseen events.
